KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sales Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and lead pricing strategies.
    • Business Development:
    • Identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships.
    • Market Intelligence & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
    • Marketing & Brand Promotion:
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, oversee social media, and execute digital marketing strategies to attract high-end clients.
    • Lead Generation & Conversion:
    • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and targeted marketing efforts.
    • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Build and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams, provide training, and foster a culture of excellence.
    • Client Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
    • Sales & Marketing Operations:
    • Implement and manage sales and marketing systems, ensure efficient processes, and maintain compliance.

 



Requirements:


  • • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
    • Proven ability to generate and convert leads into revenue
    • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.


  • Salary Range: Open & 150,000 - 200,000
